LOCAL. RESIDENTIAL. EXPERIENCED.
Full House Residential was built around a career spent working with homes from nearly every angle—design, construction, renovation, estimating, inspection, maintenance, and real estate operations. My experience started with an education in architecture and engineering. From there, my career moved out of the classroom and onto jobsites—managing renovations, building scopes and budgets, coordinating contractors, overseeing large portfolios of single-family homes, and managing new-home construction from start to finish.
A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE ON YOUR HOME
That range of experience matters. I've managed renovations across hundreds of rental homes, helped oversee acquisition, turnover and maintenance operations for a portfolio of approximately 2,400 properties, and managed ground-up single-family construction with responsibility for budget, schedule, quality, subcontractors and inspections. It means I don't look at a house from just one perspective. I look at how it was built, what needs attention, what the work is likely to involve, what it may cost, and what improvements actually make sense for the property.
TWO SIDES OF THE SAME BUSINESS
Today, Full House Residential brings that experience together in two ways: helping homeowners renovate the homes they want to keep, and purchasing homes from owners who would rather sell than take on the repairs themselves. Whether we're discussing a renovation or a potential purchase, the starting point is the same: understand the property, understand what the homeowner is trying to accomplish, and have a straightforward conversation about what comes next.
